Teamwork makes the dream work!
We are excited to announce a new addition to our coaching team. Phoebe Gosnell who trains out of Hobart Uni Judo under Priscus Fogagnolo and will be joining the Seishin coaching team from 23 July 2021.
Phoebe’s focus will be on supporting the development and growth of the No Limits and mainstream juniors’ team.
Phoebe has been training judo for the past 10 years, is a senior blue belt, strong competitor and now a qualified assistant coach. Phoebe will be working closely with our coaching team as she expands her skills and knowledge in coaching and No Limits judo.
Phoebe’s values align beautifully with our club, and she has a passion for supporting players to become the best versions of themselves.
We are thrilled to have her on the coaching team and look forward to working with her.
State Team State Coaches State Training
A new National’s year and a new coaching team. We are thrilled to have our coaches as part of the team.
Priscus Fogagnolo will be heading up the State Coaching team, with Seishin Coaches Lewis WIlliing and Eric Amani in as the Southern State Coaches.
As well as supporting our clubs’ players, our coaching team also will be training to compete.
We encourage players to starting thinking about their interest in competing at Nationals 2022.
Please take into consideration that training for a national event is more intense, the expectations are higher and there will be additional training requirements.
Priscus, Lewis and Eric will be working closely together to ensure there will be opportunities for all players in both the mainstream and No Limits teams who are willing and able to train with the entire state team. There will also be No Limits only supported training opportunities to ensure we are developing everyone who wishes to compete.
